PACO DE LUCIA IS NOT THE COMPOSER OF “MANTILLAS DE FERIA” NOR “PANADEROS” FLAMENCOS. IT WAS WRITTEN BEFORE HE EVEN PLAYED GUITAR. IT WAS WRITTEN BY ESTEBAN DE SANLUCAR (DELAGADO).
