Sarabande by Giovanni Zamboni (early 18th-century) Giovanni Zamboni was a baroque composer. Zamboni was an able musician—he mastered theorbo, lute, guitar, mandola, mandoline and harpsichord and he was also skilled in counterpoint. His works include a set of 11 sonatas (Sonate d’intavolatura di leuto op. 1) for the archlute published in 1718.
